Dane CORE 2.0 is a partnership between Dane County, the City of Madison, Urban Triage, Tenant Resource Center, Community Action Coalition, and additional community partners to assist households struggling to pay for rent and other housing costs. Dane CORE 2.0 can pay for many housing costs for eligible households, such as rent, utilities, and internet - but cannot pay for cable, phone bills, capital expenditures, or homeowner mortgage payments.
The Dane CORE 2.0 program has expanded from the first program and can now cover additional housing-related expenses. Eligible households can apply to receive payment for past-due rent, past-due housing utilities, past-due internet services, future security deposits, and future rent payments. Authorized Signature Forms and Security Deposit Forms should be completed and uploaded to Dane CORE application if applicable.

The City of Madison has partnered with Community Action Collation (CAC) to support City of Madison Residents and Tenant Resource Center to support those facing Eviction within Dane County.
